I love the broken bean. I go when us ladies want to get together and have lunch and visit. It is great homemade, fresh, food. The customer service is wonderful . The atmosphere is amazing. It is so nice and cozy. The perfect place to get together and visit.
Cute little coffee shop with a purpose- the coffee shop is worked and ran by Adult and Teen challenge of Louisiana to help addict turn around their life and give them a hope for the future. The coffee is really good and they have good lunch options as well ! Easy to pop in and pop out. Highly recommended
The Broken Bean is a hidden treasure in Minden. The teenagers that work here are definitely what make this place awesome. I’ve picked up times before, but this was my first time stopping in to actually sit. I had questions about the weekly soups and various items and the young lady was so sweet in answering my questions and giving suggestions. Also, my meal was delightful! I had a grilled cheese & crawfish etouffee. I’ll definitely be back again to try different items on the menu!
Amazing Time Here!! Food was phenomenal. But the service was heartwarming and amazing. I was locked out of my company car with no phone, and they came to my aid for two hours. Definetly worth visiting.
My favorite part about the broken Bean or the lady if that works there. Just also doubles as a ministry so every bit of money that you spend there goes right back into their ministry of helping women with children get on their feet after experience at life full of life-controlling issues.
Such great service. Friendly and super helpful. Supports a worthy cause. The atmosphere is fabulous I could spend my whole day there. Breakfast and lunch items available. They roast their own beans which you can purchase as well as other items made by the people who work there that support Teen Challenge.
